Reapplying GC
Guys, Thanks for your vvaluable comments. After having this post i am really thinking if its wise to return GC back.
OK, i am still not clear about complete process. Is my understanding correct:
1) File 824 - this is to just ensure my wife and kid can apply for immigration.
This form does not ask for any of their information at all.
2) Once I-824 is complete. I need to start Follow-to-Join procedure. At least this will work for my wife.
It would be nice if you can guide me the complete procedure. Sorry for asking same thing again.
