Returning GC

My wife went out of country 10 months ago as someone in her family passed away. It took a while for her to sort things out.
I will go and bring her back along in 2 weeks. Will it be a problem for her to re-enter(after 10.5 months)? We have GC for last two years and this is the first time she has travelled this long. Thanks for your help.

Your wife should be able to explain why she had to be out of US for so long and also show that she has not abandoned her residence in the US (filed tax returns, maintained bank accounts, residence, etc).

Seeing that she left the US since there was a death in her family and that her spouse (you) stayed in the US, she should not have an issue returning.
