Returning from 2 week vacation

Hi
I hold a H1B visa with Wipro, and the client that I have been working for is in Denver, CO. I left for India on a 15day vacation via NY (returning to the same port of entry). Now I am worried looking at the current situation with respect to deportation at the NY, NJ airports. is it going to be a problem because my port of entry will be NY instead of Denver, Co. I am a data architect managing a team both onsite and offshore. Any knowledge on this matter will be of great help.

they dont care which port u enter through, or exit as long as u exit .

As long as it is a US POE, you can use it to enter!!!
