Return to State after Remand

Current state : 'Return to State after remand'

What does this mean is my LC rejected? Are there any chances the Attorney can request to re-consider or do a market retest and get it certified? Gurus please advice.

It means your case has gone back to state, but maintains the same priority date. It will be treated as non RIR now onwards.

It is not rejected.

This means it was remanded before and has been returned to DOL after a remand. Again which means its going to be processed by DOL soon (in DOL terms) as RIR.

Is that "Returned to State after Remand" or "Returned *From* State after Remand".

Donno 'From' or 'To'

Dear Jharkandi, Titan01, LCA_001...

Since last two days I'm trying to reach the DOL phone number and it is just ringing not able to check the exact status (as requested by LCA_001). I'll post more info. once I can hear from the Automated Phone system.

Also, My case was Auto (?) remanded on July 22, 2003. I call it 'Auto remand' since the Attorney did not receive any communication from the DOL.
