My mother has 10 years mupltiple entry B2- visa. She came to USA twice and she got 6 month approval on I-94.
She will be visiting us again soon, but this time we are thinking of getting one way ticket only ( becase she will return from different route with us ).
Do they ask for return ticket at the POE when they issue I-94 ?? Also, under what condition she can get 6 month visa. I beleive in the first 2 times, she doesn't have to say anything.
