Hi All,
I am in a bit confusion. Recently my I-140 get approved. Lawyer received the approval letter. Yesterday USCIS update my 140 status saying 'mail returned. please update your address with customer service'. As per lawyer a copy of approval was sent to my employer, who moved to new location(another state). Is this a problem for my 485. As my labor approved per their old address state and now they don't have the office at that state. I am planning to use AC21 and want to know your suggestions before making a decision. Please let me know, your ideas.

Thanks

Ask your employer to file I9 form for change of address and that should fix your issue.

You can use AC21 as long as you have completed 180 days after filing 485 and 140 approved and ofcourse have your EAD to work for your new employer.

Good Luck!
