Return for stamping within 30 days.

My wife is plannig to make a personal trip abroad for two months. Her I485 petition is still pending approval. (RD 12/11/2001, ND 12/17/2001).

Should she be present in the United States when her petition is approved. Will there be any issues while re-entering the country.

Also, should she have to come back within 30 days of approval to get it stamped on the passport ?

If she has

an approved Advance Parole and she takes it with her, it may not pose any problem when she comes back and she can go for stamping once she comes back. If she doesnot have her AP, then she may have problem.

What are the documents required when we go for stamping and do i need to take an appointment in local BCIS office how it works , after approval we need to go for stamping with in 30 day s is it true.If any one knows please post the details I would appreciate.
