Hi All:
With the retrogression news around, does anyone has input on how retrogression going to effect cases being:
EB3 (concurrrent filing) with EAD, AP and 140 cleared; after Jan 1 2005, are they still gonna process cases with are already filed concurrently?

If your PD is not before 1/1/2002 then your 485 will not be processed. you have to wait for your PD to become current..

You can always renew your EAD and AP..

Thanks for input; in my case, there was an RFE issued on Dec 1st'04, but because of address change issues I didn't receive it yet; I can only contact them after Jan 1, 2005; I am worried what's going to happen and how they're going to react to my case, once I contact them after Jan 1st. Any thoughts???
 
Same Position

We are in the same position, the the receipt date for I140 and I485 was 04/16/04.

We have received the I140 approval in December 2004, however, there was a further evidence request on the I485. A supplemental vaccination sheet had been omited by the doctor who conducted our medical.

This evidence was submitted a week ago, because it took nearly two months to receive the request, I wonder if we will now need to wait?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
