Retrogression Question

I have a question regarding retrogression.
My lawyer says that this August all countries including Pakistan is retrogressed to Jan 7. I thought that every one except India or China was current. Please clarify if any one knows about it. Also will this stay the same or will it change any time soon.

I have to say that this forum has been the greatest source of information for me and I really appreciate it.

That's news to me... I think, it was India and China only...

I have another related question... If you have dual nationality, which country the retrogression charged to? Or you have a choice to use any country you want to?
