Good day! I have a pending I-140 and 485 and a valid EAD. Just wanna know if what happens if retrogression takes effect. Am I legal to stay in the US with the pending application or is there any processing that I need to do aside from those 2 to make my stay in the US legal. As long as you have EAD you are legal, EAD is given for one year. You can renew your EAD every year until your 485 is approved.
