Is NSC processing EB3 cases from retrogression countries with Priority dates between Jan - Apr 02.
I have not seen a single case in the past month in this forum or in rupnet.
Their actual processing date appears to be stuck at Dec 2001.
The priority dates moving every month does not mean anything than.
EB3's from retrogression countries after Jan 02 are royally screwed.

I think you are right. Like you, I am only watching the approved EB3 cases from the affected countries. There is not even a single case of 2002 that has been approved since retrogression. Although, the information that we get from the forum do not give complete picture, it still gives us a feel of the approvals.
