Retrogression and impact on I140/485 question

Hello All,

I am one of the unlucky souls who have been affected by the retrogression of GC's filed under EB3.

But I have a question. My wife is a citizen of UK and is the secondary beneficiary.
Somewhere in the forums I had read that it might be possible to file for a I140/485 based on the quota available to UK. So that might be a small reprive while filing for I140/485 concurrently.
Is this really possible?
Anybody enlightened souls who might like to shed some light on this option?

Cheers.

KED,you are one lucky dude
Yes ,you can use the fact that your spouse is a UK citizen..
Go and talk to your lawyer, you are out of this retrogrssion mess.

I think, citizenship does not matter, you should be born outside India, China or Philippines. Check with your lawyer

Thank you guys.
Its really nice to hear this.
I now just hope that UK stays out of the retrogression mess till I get my turn to file 140/485 (still waiting for my Federal LC approval).
Anywayz, still a long way to go...but appreciate all the help.
Thank you once again.
