Retaining EB3 PD

Hi

My labor(EB3-INDIA PD-Dec2005) and 140 has been approved six months back.

I want to apply for Second labor with EB2, either with same
employer or if i change job in that case with new employer.
Question is, can i retain my PD of EB3 Dec 2005 ? How ?

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

EB2 for India is Unavailable starting aug 1 2006. No use.

i have read on immigration-law.com that it can be done. But I suggest talking to a lawyer about the process.
