retaining current position AFTER H1-transfer

Suppose someone is working for Company A on an H1, then gets hired by Company B who file for the transfer.

If after the receipt notice for the transfer or after approval of the transfer the person decides she does not want to go to Company B anymore but wants to stay with Company A what are her/his options.

----- New employer B or his lawyer has to file H1 to H1 TRANSFER, you need to provide recent 2-3 pay stubs
