Retail PD help Please!

I have an EB-3 petition approved from NSC with a PD of April 2002 from my old employer (has not been revoked) and I recently got my EB-2 petition approved from VSC with a PD of April 2005 and have I-485 pending for my EB-2 petition.

I came to know that i could retain my earlier priority date of April 2002 for my EB-2 I-140 and 485. How would I do it now that the EB-2 I-140 is already approved? Would sending a letter to VSC do the trick? What address should I be sending it to?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Both 140s should be approved to transfer the PD ( seems like they are). So it is possible for you to transfer the PD. Search for and read about Pearson memo. Talk to a good lawyer.
