Hi everyone,

I am trying to get an idea what's going on with EB3-world cases in TSC.

Thank you,

My details are following;

PD: July 2004, World
I485 (both myself and wife): June 1st, 2007, RD: June 7th, 2007
1st FP (CODE:3): notice received June 13th, 2007, gave FP: July 5th, 2007
LUDs: 7/5/07, 7/6/07 and 7/10/07
Current status H1b (valid for another two years)
FBI FP check:cleared the same day we gave FP (confirmed w/ FBI)
Name check: not sure, will find out meeting IO with INFOR PASS

I485 AD: ????? hopefully in this life..

Let's try to keep this thread alive. It doesn't look like there too many people from the rest of the world, maybe not on this forums, I'm not seeing any approvals fromt the rest of the world either:mad:

Let's hope we will get the magic email too...

ROW. EB2, was always current. Pending since November 2005 - hope to be approved soon with the older guys :)

I only have my EAD approved yesterday...I hope I don't have to renew it:)

I first filed in Nov to Nebraska, showed up at TSC with RD 12/29/2006. Got EAD and AP approved in late Jan 2007 and ever since waiting for 140. It probably got stuck in backgroup check.

Your signature says your AD is 7/5/2007. What is the effective date on the GC and the approval notice?

Just curious to know if they are giving out approvals dated in July, or whether the recent approvals were actually dated in June but there was some delay before they sent out the emails and cards.

They don't do background check for I-140. The processing times show December 14, 2006 for the I-140, so you are still within the normal time frame. And they cannot approve the I-485 without an I-140 approval.
 
Another ROW EB3 here. I have been current since May 1st.

Also a few days ago, I received a response from TSC for my case inquiry that my case is currently under review and I will hear a decision or another notice of action on my case in 60 days. Waiting here..

EB3, PD -12/02 ROW (have been current since May 1st, 07)
CONCURRENT FILING - 06/04
140 - APPROVED - 06/05
FP2 - 05/01/07
I- 485 - RECENT LUDs - 03/02/07 (XFER TO TSC), 05/07/07, 05/08/07, 05/25/07 (post conversation with the TSC officer), 05/28/07, 05/29/07, 06/12/07, 06/28/07, 06/30/07
