Hi everyone,

I did an SR on August 10 by calling the 1-800 number. I received a written response from the USCIS on Sept. 8, which states that "At present your application is in the processing queue awaiting assignment to an Officer. You will be notified when a decision has been made or if additional information is needed."

What does this mean? Does it mean that name check is complete?

Please advice.
 
I came to know that my name was cleared in JUly 2nd week. About 4 weeks heard that my case is in queue to be adjudicated.


So I think you name check everything is done. I saw people getting name check pending responses in SR.
Just have to wait for your luck

was the NC cleared and then you got the rfe on the 485, or was it separate.
I have heard from USCIS about another RFE on my 485, so I was wondering if my NC is cleared for them to work on the 485.
