Response to RFE sent 2 months ago, still no updates

I got an RFE on educational evaluation, and my lawyer responded to the RFE.
The response was received by INS on 06/04/2004, and case status is updated on website on 06/04, 06/07 and 06/08.

There is no activity after that. Any ideas as to what might be going on? Any information / advices appreciated.

I Replied RFE on education evaluation on June 14, 2004
It's more than 32 w day's for me.
america123 replied RFE on June 21,2004 it's more than 24 w days for him.

For other people the approvals are very fast with in two weeks.we are unluky ones.

still waiting for approval

parttime_degree,I am still waiting for the 140 approval.
I got RFE on I485 at the same time.Replied both RFE's at same time.
 
I replied to RFE on June 15th. RFE received June 17th. Have not heard back from them yet. All of you, waiting, please update the forum once you hear something

HI tiger2025,
Congratulations on the approval.

I am still waiting for my approval.

I am disappointed as I came to know yesterday that my last name is miss spelt on the evaluation document by one cahracter.

Do you think it can be a problem?

Also, can you share your ND and FP dates?

No LUDs before approval.Yesterday i got two emails form INS with same message.

Talk to your lawyer regarding miss spelt.
