Response to my RFE received by INS on Nov 1,2002.
Waiting for the approval.
 
You are, so lucky Guys! Obviously, your approval will come shortly since INS:
1. is approving RFE cases only
2. does not issue new RFEs for pending cases, so it does not seem to be busy with 485 processing at all
 
If BCIS do not issue RFEs any more to old cases, then what is going to happen to our cases then ? I am really curious. Are they straight way going to send interview notice if they have query or they just going to approve the cases ... straight ?

Some non RFE case did get approved, what were special with those cases, any idea ?

Perhaps, these are either secondary applicant approvals or age-out cases.

126 days waiting and keep counting, VMS say max 160 days they will respond ( your right !!!!! )
