Response time for G-731?

I been waiting for physicalcard, Planning to send a g-731 inquiry, Want to check the general response time with this letter? Please post your experiance with this kinda inquiry. Any one in the similar boat?

Iam in the same boat, I have n't received my card, I sent a G-731 form to VSC. They received the G-731 on 4th May 2004, still did not get any reply.
 
saisiree, I am trying to send the form today, and it says use the "Window 20" envelop, Couldnt find it in office max /wal-mart, just want to send it through the normal letter. How did you send it?

You can send it through the normal envelope.
