Last week I contacted senator and got reply from them after they contacted VSC. As per VSC, it will take another 60 days to approve my case.

Do you all think VSC is serious abt this time frame? :D I think it is BS.
 
Can you please send me a sample letter to the following email id ... I am trying to contact the senator but have no letter or sample to work on ... please please do send me a sample lettter ... jha116@yahoo.com.

Sorry to read your post. I too have received similar response - twice!

First time - wait for 60 days, casse is pending due to backlogs
Second time (after first 60 days) - The security checks are complete and you'll hear something in 60-90 days

You can try contacting another senator. For now, I have decided to wait for 90 days and see....

I knew VSC are BS me and just trying to buy time.

I contacted both Barbara and Paul from Baltimore but I know feel
now they are useless too.

Regarding senator contact information, you can get it from www.senate.gov website.

Both RFE asked for same documentation, W2 and 6 paystubs
