Response from KCC

hi all,


I sent an e-mail earlier in June to KCC asking for confirmation that my forms were received. The reply was then that i should wait for 4 weeks before making the request.
I sent two mails last week , there was no response. The second was sent because i noticed the automated response to the previous mail was not sent to me.
my form was sent by DHL from Germany and I monitored it on the net to KCC Address where it was received by one C.Cannon.
what do I do? do I just hope all is well or do I try again. I noticed that some in this forum have also been having problem with getting reply from kCC.

bitte ruf KCC unter diese nummer "++1-606-526-7500 an, denn sollst du fragen . ob deine forms gekommen ist oder nicht,

ich habe meine Forms bei normal post an KCC gesendt, dann nach einen Monat
habe KCC angerufen, die haben mir gesagt ,dass meine Forms bei KCC gekommen sind.

hey my forms also received by same person, indicate by you.

but i dont call or email them,

if there is real problem in your side, then i am also thinking to call them once.

why dont you call them !

eventhough ! i think you are allright, cause your form is already received by the kcc staff.

I decided it will be the last option to call, so I sent a new mail with hotmail. I have received the automated response.
so ,I am expecting reply in 3 to 4 days.

zu loiy, danke schon. I habe eine neue e-mail von Hotmail an KCC geschickt. I hoffe eine Antwort in drei oder vier Tage zu bekommen.Noch viele danke.

I also have sent email to kcc and didnt get reply. What did you mean by automated response. Please explain. Have you get the reply. If so pls post.WBR
 
The automated response is a short message confirming that your email was received.
Apparently, if you don't get the automated response, you will not get an answer to your email.
 
I just found out that you can't sent e-mail to KCC with an yahoo e-mail account. I tried sent it with my yahoo e-mail and I didn't get an automated reply. Then, I sent it with my non yahoo e-mail account (my e-mail address from work) and I got the automated reply.

Try to send the-mail to KCC through non free e-mail account. It seems that they filter out e-mail that comes from free e-mail account like yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc.
 
Sorry if this sounds rude, but you guys are making it worse for yourselves and others for trying to contact KCC for no reason...unless there's specific change you need to make or are concerned about, why would you bother emaling/calling them once you see your package was signed by Gannon(Sp?) guy....trust me, even if they don't receive your package or there's something wrong with it therewill be plenty of time to get it fixed...I am just trying to put myself as a employer in KCC, I would get frustrated as hell if I get emails like that and calls like that asking for confirmation if they got my mails and stuff or if they can verify if everything is all right with forms..
 
Well..in my case, I e-mailed KCC because I wanted to change from AOS to CP. Even though the new form was delivered, I still want to know if they updated my info.

I even called KCC couple of weeks ago. They don't seem mind. The lady that I talked to even said to call back in the next couple of weeks to make sure that my info is updated. She added that I can always fax the form for faster process if I need to.

I know what you mean about not to bother KCC with non important questions. I agree that contacting KCC to ask if the package is recieved or not is quite unnecessary, but you need to understand that for some people who live in countries with unreliable postal service and not knowing if the package arrived safely in KCC could be a nerve wrecking experience.

Contacting KCC helps calm the nerves :)

Your case is valid, i also called once i submitted new forms...i also faxed per advice to get it processed sooner, but when i submitted my original forms i didn't call or email, i just got notice that my case was with USCIS now and i should proceed witht hem for AOS.
BUt i understand the concern for ppl, esp for those with bad postal service in their country :)

from reading through the forms and accompanied notes, i could understand that KCC would not mind if you send an e/mail for your enquiry, but warned that only for a change of address and any information necessary for your application may you border to call.
Finally got the response that they received my forms. eventhough I did not ask about interview, they mentioned they would not be able to tell me the date and that i can check a website given in the mail for current number from 15th August.
I agree that one should not at every opportunity contact KCC. however Knowing that ones form was received put someones mind at rest.

WWW.USPS.COM
try this just need to enter your Barcode/SN.
I am from UK it shows every movement from UK to KY.
 
No Reply From KCC

I send a mail to kcc 6 days ago about correction of ds-230 and wanna be sure about processıng and got my mail but no reply from kcc yet.

Am I must send a second one?? :S:S

You're wrong.I sent e-mail to KCC with my yahoo account to ask that are there any mistakes or problems in my application ? They received it and gave an automated reply to me. :p

I called KCC by phone and the lady confirmed me that KCC have already received my application.But,she didn't answer me that when will be the interview ?

Today is 10 th day and no voice i m going to send a second email...
 
I did sent a second mail to kccdv@state.gov and no failure message no auto response and no response what to do right now?? Really confused my mail is correct format i m sure about it and included case numbar D.O.B. name surname and case number?? Really pist of ..
What can i do now?
