Residency Requirements - Travel for Work

Hello Everyone:-
I'm a PR since the last 5.5 years and want to file my Citizenship Application now.
I work with a Fortune 10 company and have been traveling to India for work with the same company for a period of about 20 months. However after every 8 weeks, I would make a trip to US and stay here for a week. I continue to file my taxes in USA. I did not keep my apartment, but continue to pay for my car , insurances etc. Will I have trouble filing for my Citizenship now , since it is job related travel ?

Did you have an approved N-470?
Can you prove that your overseas assignment was always known to be of a fixed length duration?
 
I think you should be fine. You meet all the requirements for Citizenship. Make sure that you show the intesion of staying in US in the future.
