I resided in Australia with my wife for a year.
I moved to the US on an H1B in Mar 2002.
My wife took a break from Australia and visited India for 4 months. She joined me in the US after a few months in June 2002. (BTW Her H4 was approved and stamped at the same time as mine).
While filling the residence for last 5 years column - do I have to indicate the times she was outside US.
She has maintained her Non resident status in India (she has not stayed for more than 6 months) - so does her stay in India count as residence outside USA for the purpose of G325A.
Any ideas anyone...
