No im not on derivate status. Iam pol asylum and EWI SO in order to get legal entry i have to go back to my home country and get the visa from there. but problem is that iam in USA right now ans iam waiting for the immigration court orders or VOULNTRY DEPARTURE SO THAT I CAN LEAVE AND IWTHOUT IT I CANNOT LEAVE THE COUNTRY AT ALL...SO IAN REALLY MESSED UP SITUATION.

I don't understand why you would have an interview in New Dehli? Are you seeking Derivative status?

Please get your facts straight before you make a huge mistake.
Polical asylum applicants are expected "EWI = Entrance Without Inspection", THIS IS IN PERFECT RESPECT WITH THE GENEVA CONVENTION.
It is mandatory to go back to your Country of Origin and apply for immigrant visa through marriage if you're "EWI", NOT asylum.
How you are going to apply for asylum inside the exact same country that you are presently fearing persecurtion ? How you're gonna prove your point ?
