Rescheduling FP

Hello all...i had a FP appointment back in Aug both for me & my wife. I had a my FP in aug ...but i have to reschedule my wife FP for later date since she was out of country. It's been 2 month since i send a letter for rescheduling...i havn't got anything back from USCIS....i tried to call them but didn't get any favourable respone...IS there any way i could get her FP reschduled or i have to sit back & wait...

Since my wife FP hasn't done...is that going to affect my GC too...

Could you please let me know what is the procedure you've used to reschedule your appointment and which application support center you've applied for rescheduling?

I send a original FP along with a letter asking them to reschedule after oct 2006...I send a mail to Newark ,NJ USCIS. Since then i havn't heard anything..

If feasiable you can walk into the same office, you had the fingerprinting, along with your wife and see if they will reschedule it for her. I have seen in these forums some folks have been able to get their finger printing rescheduled/done on the spot. Doesnt hurt to give it a shot. Dont forget the FP notice.

Thanks for information. Today i walked in to Newark USCIS and they allowed me to take the FP for my wife.

Congrats, one less thing to worry about ;) Keep the copy of the stamped receipt for future references.
