Requirements for concurrent filing of 485 & 130 for a LPR

What are the requirements for filing the I-485 and I-130 concurrently for a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) petitioning to bring her unmarried/over 21 son into the US.

Does she need to be a US citizen to do this?

Any help would be appreciated.
 
An LPR can only file I-130, G325a and then wait for a visa number to be available before I-485 can be filed. I am not sure about the 2nd part of your question.
 
US citizen cannot file I-130 concurrently with I-485 for an adult son. USC can do it for a minor, though.
