I recvd an RFE for my birth certificate. I was born in Bombay and my birth certificate is in Hindi

Can you please tell me what documents and affadavits I need to send in for this?

You dont need affidavits. You only need a certified translation. It would also be helpful if you can submit secondary evidence like school records, church records etc.

Any foreign language document must be accompanied by a full English translation that the translator has certified as complete and correct, and by the translator's certification that he or she is competent to translate the foreign language into English

You could translate it yourself and have it notarized/certified. You could also look up online for translators in your area.
