Required L1 Blanket Rejection Information and future impacts.....

Hi Friends,

I am looking some information about L1 B Blanket Rejection. Unfortunately my L1 Blanket got refused/pending under 221 (g). They didn't ask any document from me. It seems that he was not satisfied with my answer about specialized knowledge.

I need below information:

1. What will be further action on this application?
2. Do I need to re-apply?
3. If yes then is there any chance of approval on same application? I know that no-one can give guarantee but looking the possibility.
4. What would be the impact on future VISA application any (like L1 & H1)?

Please reply me ASAP.

My guess is - you will now have to wait until you can reply unless there is a substantial change in your situation.

In my opinion, if they dont think you have specialize knowledge now, it will be the same for a few more months.

L1 will get affected, H1 may not. You should try for an H1 before an L1 retry.
