Hi,
First of all I would like to thanks for this great site which helped me get my greencard 3 years ago. Without this site I am certain I would have been still waiting on my green card.
3 months back I have started my own company with me the sole employee. The company's annual revenue is going to be around $145K.
I have certain friends in India who have qualifications and experience to come here and work.
I have following questions:

1 Since my company is new without any financial history can I start sponsoring H1B visas for them. ?
2. If I would like to target sponsoring them for fiscal year 2007 what time should I start the processing.
3. If I have some money put into companies account from my own pocket will that help ?
4. Where will I find more information about the same.

Yes.
2. If I would like to target sponsoring them for fiscal year 2007 what time should I start the processing. Fiscal year 2007 is over for FY 2008 you can start processing from April 1, 2007.
3. If I have some money put into companies account from my own pocket will that help ? YES4. Where will I find more information about the same. The same forum but different thread , many times I had answered several question on this issue.
