I'm applying under the 4year+1 day rule. Apart from the usual cover-letter indicating that i am applying under 4yr+1 day rule and these documents, do i need to send in any supporting evidence?

1. Completed N-400 form
2. Check for $695
3. Two recent passport size color photographs of me with my name and A# printed on the back
4. Photo copy of both sides of my “Permanent Resident Card”

The total fee is $675, not $695.

You'll have a chance to provide supporting evidence at interview, no need to send it with application.
