required documents to apply for work permit in L2 category

Hi

I came to US on H1-B visa and recently i got approved for the change of status to L2 category.I wanted to apply for work permit.I want to know what documents are required to be submitted with I-765.

Supporting doc's for L-2 EAD

You need to supply the following supporting documentation : copies of both your and your spouse's I-94's, copy of your marriage certificate, copy of L-1 spouse's I-797 (L-1 approval notice)
