Required document at interview

Hi all,

I have received my second NL almost 2 weeks ago. Actually I expected a package with a complete list of what I need to bring at the interview time. Instead I got one page letter + two pages for medical examination and the request form (I had it already from my first NL) + Police certificate request (I had it already from my first NL). Here is my questions:

- They mentioned in the letter I should pay the fee before interview but they didn't say on which account number
- They mentioned in the letter I should bring exact numbers of pictures with the right size but they didn't say How many pictures i need!!! (instead they sent a list of photographs in my country which again I had in my first NL package)
- They mentioned I should bring original OR certified copy of each document at the interview time. But if I have my original documents and not copies would they keep the originals? ( That's odd because no one wants to give his/her marriage certificate for example to American embassy!!!). So i think I need to have originals AND certified copy of each document???

I sent an email to embassy last week and I didn't get any answer yet!
The funny part is that I called the embassy and the gentleman answered me "Sorry I don't have that specific information"! (by the way per call they charge me 15 € before answering any question!) and he said that I can fax or email the immigrant visa section...

My interview is on October 1st...not much left:confused: Anyone can answer my questions please?

Thanks

1. You pay at the embassy before the interview.
2. 1 for each who is listed
3. You need to bring all documents in orignial or as certified copy (if you have no original) AND a copy of every document! From the marriage certificate you need two copies one for yourself and one for the spouse.
4. See 3.

Thanks Tazmania!
So I guess I should have also certified copy of my bachelors certificates and other certificates (language,...)?

And no: they will NOT keep any originals, they keep the copies (but they need to see the originals to be sure that the copies aren't faked).
photos: I did not need a new picture at the time of the interview (they took the one that I have sent to KCC after receiving the NL), but it's better to have one with you just in case.

Thanks guys for your quick response. I asked a question in another thread (if anybody has/had interview in Brussels) and someone answered me this:

"I had mine in Brussels. All u need to do is;; depending on ur cn if ur current call them and make appointment for fingerprint which u gonna send to ur home country:for interview, get ur doks ready and answer few questions based on ur doks"

Is this true?? Do I need to call (embassy!) to make appointment for finger print and send it to my home country?? I can't understand

Would you send me your comments on this?
