What are the required documents from the old employer?
------------ you dont need any documents from past employer for AC21 But if you can get copy of LC form ETA750A then it has your skills on it and help in getting new letter from new employer with same/similar skills

- Labor (Part B) Photocopy
- I-140 Approval Photcopy

- I-485 Receipt Notice Photocopy (+ dependents)
-------------------------YES. that is YOUR petition ask the copy of I-485 for you and your dependents. After you move change the lawyer or any RFE, Approval will go to past lawyer who filed I-485
