Required Docs for uninformed AC21 case

Hi,
My 140 is apporved almost a year back and 485 is pending. I changed employer after 8 months of 485 filing without informing INS and I am planning to go india and while comming back what are the documents i am supposed and what if the office asks about whom i am working for. Please let me know if ia mmissing any details.
Here is a list i am aware:
1) last 2 payslips
2) 2nd Approved AP and EAD
3)And for family it is just AP only.

4 passports

Keep copy I-485 filing reciepts with you and only show if asked.
