Requesting AP at local office

Hi,

Anyone please let me know what are information should we include in the emergency letter given by doctor at india.

My daughter is not feeling well at india.I asked them to fax a emergency letter so that i can request emergency AP at local office with a valid proof.

They(Doctor) have no idea what are the informations to write in the emergency letter.

doctor might start with the usual "for whomsoever it may concern" and state the condition or seriousness of your daughters health and also how it will help her situation for moral support from a father.

if the local uscis does not accept then try to get help from local senator with all the proof. i am sure you will get help from them within very short time.

one of my colleague used the senator help in getting visa for his wife to make her come to usa to help and support her husband morally when he met with serious accident. his wifes went to india for long vacation to take care of her parents issues but in the meanwhile her h4 visa expired. she applied for h4 but got rejected for some issues. after my colleague met with serious accident and after getting help from his local senator the consulate in chennai sent courier to his wife and requested her to come and get the stamping done immediately.
