requested med exam again HELP

they requested I-693 med exam again HELP

I am just wondering if anyone had a similar experience.

Yeserday I got a letter from INS in which they asked me to take a medical exam (I-693). However, the same letter I got from them a year ago, the exam was taken and the results were sent back to them.... a year ago ...
Now I am frustrated, The asking me to take an exam again ... In the letter nothing is mentioned about my previously submitted I-693 ..What happened? Did my I-963 got lost and caused a one-year delay or someone is doing something wrong??? WTF????

I want to know hear advice from people ...

Of course I'will call them ... yet I heard that the 800 number is somewhat useless ...

The letter came from Texas Office ...

The medical exam you sent before is valid only for one year. An offcier has seen your file and request it again. It MIGHT be that you will be approved soon. So, hurry and send the new one. Good Luck. Cl.
 
I suggest you talk to your congressman's office, and ask them to get an answer for you. It will be USCIS' fault because they should process your case before the expiration of your medical (I assumed it is USCIS who was asking you to do the medical one year ago).
 
CAn you tell us if its a Yellow RFI form or a letter generated by the officer?

If its a RFI form, usually you can reply back saying you submitted your medicals on this date.
