We moved to a new place after we filed I765. For some reason my husband's approval was forwarded to the new address, but mine wasn't. I called 1800# and the lady changed address and told me she will request for a re-send. but after 2 weeks the web message still does not say they are resending. I called the number again and this guy told me I need to write a letter to request for a resend. Does anybody has similiar experience? Do I really need to write a letter and what do I need to put in the letter? Thanks
