Hi

I heard from my employer that some of september 2003 case for I-140 got approved recently. I dont know whether its true or not. Can anyone help me and find whether that is true or not. Because i applied my I-140 on september 2003 in vermont center. So please can anyone help me knowing this.

I saw one post in the VSC I-140 thread (thread one level above this) about a Sep 2003 case being approved. But, I think it is still too early for bulk approvals around that date. Depending on whether you're EB2 or EB3 (EB1s are still on June 2002!), a majority of approvals at least as seen in this forum seem to be currently from Dec 2002-Apr 2003.
