Request Info for H4 to H1 Stamping Chennai

Hello Gurus,

My wife came in as a H4 2 years back, got a H1 after 3 months ...now planning to visit Chennai to get the H1 Stamping of the current emloyer in 2 weeks.

1) Is there extra papers needed for H4 to H1 stamping
2) Do the VO (officers) treat this like a new H1 or worse than that
3) Is there something she has know before going for the visa.

(I trust your comments than the Attorneys, in general for immi rules )
