On Thursday, an USCIS officer contacted my wife's lawyer asking for the Visascreen and made a comment that he would have approved the 485 application had the Visascreen been available. He issued a RFE instead since my wife did not have a certified visascreen.
We found that my wifes visascreen had been certified and mailed on Friday.
How long would it take to recieve the RFE? Should we mail in the Visascreen as soon as we recieve it or should we wait for the RFE notice to arrive?
Secondly does it take just 2~3 months to have the green card process approved under Schedule A category?
