Request for Comments on file updates

Has anyone noticed that the files which have completed FP(if nothing unusual shows up) are moved for processing during the first week of every month.

For example if you have done the FP some time during the end of month 1, then your LUD changes in the first week of month 3..

Has anyone noticed this...

I am trying to guess the processing style..Just trying to be optimistic that there is a certain method in all this madness.
Maybe I am getting tooo obsessed with trying to find patterns in the processing.

My stupid theory

Update once FP is issued
Update once FP is received or pending from FBI.
Update a month after that (May be from data storage shelf to work distribution shelf and queued up for adjugation)
Update for RFE
Update for RFE received (queued up in RFE shelf after several applications)
Update for Approval
Update the next two days for sending out the notice.
4 days after final update approval letter is received.

**Assumptions : VSC updates for all these changes.

few holes in the theory

In my own case:

Update once FP is issued

Nope -- lot's of people don't get this update afaik. It's possible that they aren't updating for this at all any more.

Update once FP is received or pending from FBI.

Yup (usually after 6 days) -- but lot's of people also don't get this update.

Update a month after that (May be from data storage shelf to work distribution shelf and queued up for adjugation)

Nope.

Update for RFE

No RFE so far but they do seem to update the LUD / message for this in general (some exceptions).

Update for RFE received (queued up in RFE shelf after several applications)

Ditto.

Update for Approval

Not approved yet but I know of at least a few people for whom the LUD / message didn't update upon approval.

Update the next two days for sending out the notice.
4 days after final update approval letter is received.

Not sure.

I'm guessing that whenever something happens with your case someone needs to update the LUD / message "manually" and in many cases they forget to do this or don't get to it for a while for some reason.
