1-Form I-765
2-The original receipt notice of i 589 application

but today i checked the case status and i saw "Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed"

What could they possibly need ?

i sent the I-765 in 06/01/2016 and i got RFE in 07/ 8/ 2016.

It must be some missing document or your signature in I765 touching printed line or letters.
