A friend of mine (girl) was hired and sponsored for H-1B visa. However when she arrived in USA, found out that there\'s hardly any employee in the company (the H-1B paperwork says 35 employees). There are no projects (and no saraly paid to her). Most importantly, the employer have been making unwanted sexual advances towards her. She is planning to leave for home country soon, but would like to report to INS about the fraudulent paperwork by the employer before leaving.
Can you provide an e-mail address or a phone number of INS anti-fraud unit where she could report the incident?

Its better to report once she reaches to her home Country.

well she could visit the US consulate in her home country once she reaches home also
As she wants to report the matter - she could reach back home and
report the matter
If she wishes to do the same here she could go to the Local office or INS (but i suggest she goes back home and do the same at the consulate)
I mean that there can be violence also (maybe 2-3 % chance) here in the US so i definitely suggest making a complaint back in her home country - that is if she is confident that there is no risk of physical violence
