Has anybody done this? I just came to know this policy recently. I have moved a few times since coming to the US and never reported. What should one do under current circumantances? Starting reporting now? Will it created problems since the INS will know you had not done it before? Thanks for your inputs.

Yes,You should report to INS whenever you change address.
The form name is "AR-11".You can download from
"http://www.ins.usdoj.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/ar-11.htm"
Nothing will happen even if you didn\'t do it previously.
But after 9/11 immigration officers are very particular about this
