Second, if the contents of the RFE are simple, you could file them by youself. Don't forget that you should put the the bare code paper from CSC on the top of documents when you pack and mail it.
Third, if the contents of the RFE are complicated you need help of your attorney.
Use the Fedex!!! Don't use the USPS express mail. The USPS express mail makes delivery is longer than regular mail, because it needs someone's signature. The Fedex is very relevant to be reached there as fast as convenient. I used the Fedex.
