Dear my great Forum Members, I have not used my current EAD unfortunately I am on bench last couple of month without salary or pay stub as there are few jobs available on H1B. When I get interview for my AOS in Dallas office and if my H1B holder company does not wish to generate my pay stub since I am on bench. I will be in big trouble.

I am getting job through EAD, but not able to join since the company location is very far from my home, so when USCIS asks me for Pay Stub how can I show to IIO in case my H1B holder refuse to generate pay stub at the time of interview. As I am on Bench?
