Reply from Vice president office

Surprisingly, I have received a faster reply from Vice presidents office(Special assistant to the vice president for corrspondance) about my "stuck in background" case. It took 2 weeks for them to reply. That was quite fast

They replied and said they forwarded my case to DHS and they are asked to take an action according to the situation of my case.

Anyone of you did a similar attempt to contact the vice presidents office and received a reply or action, please post

How did you send the letter. Was it e_mail or regular mail. What e_mail address or regular address did you send it to? Can you give an idea as to what you mentioned in your letter?
