reply from Officer Olivares. FBI Name check

I sent a mail to CSC XII on Mar 27th askign if my name check got cleared. On 3rd somebody replied saying "NOT YET". Today i got a mail from Officer Olivares mailed me saying that "On Apr 12th the name check was cleared. Please allow 30-60 days for case to be assigned to officer".

Can someone tell me if it takes 2 months to be given for review and another 2 months to review it?

ALso another point to note is that I contacted my local Congress women and they sent an enquiry to FBI requesting my status. I don't know if that helped or its just coincidence. But either way, I am happy.. :)

Could you please tell me which congress woman you contacted? I am considering ask help from either senator or congressman. Not decide which one to go. I am in south California.

I also would like to know how to contact congress person. I have almost the same situation as Xu111. I am in north california.
