5th EADs got extended last Friday. Hoping the approvals will come sooner than 60 days......
 
good luck buddy. you've earned it. from the other posters it seems like you're due for GC in ten days straight, if not earlier

may I ask when did u send your enquiry, if u dont mind ?

Hi,

I received the following message from 'BUENO' for may latest enquiry about the name check.

"The file has cleared fbi name check and file has been forwarded to an officer for review. You should receive a transaction
notice within 60 days."

I am assuming that my name check is cleared, but waht is this 'Transaction Notice' . My case is still long way to go for approval...

Hi,

Just received an email reply of my status query from California service center and they said that I am also stuck in name check. Please send me info on when I should check with FBI about this ..how to check with them and if I have to take help of local congressional office on this.

The Principal applicants I-485 is still pending FBI name check clearance. Once the

file has been cleared by FBI, all the riding applicants and principal will be adjudicated.

The Service has NO control over how long it takes FBI to clear the case.

I made an inquery too on 04/12/2006 and got a reply saying the same thing. Even the words are the same.
